Information we collect

Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number when you join the waitlist, reserve a spot, or submit one of our ad forms.
Business details — your business name, type, and answers you give to form questions (for example, how many customers you serve or how you currently ask for reviews).
Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Usage data — basic analytics about how the site is used, if analytics are enabled.

How we use it

To contact you about the ReviewLoop beta, your review growth audit, your reservation, and our launch.
To understand demand and decide what to build.
To process payments and refunds.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — such as our form provider, email service, and Stripe for payments — and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message.
Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@reviewloop.us.
Founding reservations are fully refundable until launch — email us and we'll process it.

Data retention

We keep waitlist and lead information while we are validating and building the product, and delete it on request at any time.
